Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intradermal needle-embedding combined with point application for insomnia. Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with insomnia who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given the application of Fructus Evodiae powder mixed with vinegar at Yongquan points in feet;the treatment group was additionally treated with intradermal needle-embedding based on the treatment plan of the control group. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and clinical effects in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:After treatment,there was significant difference being found in the comparison of changes in PSQI scores between the two groups(P<0.05);there was significant difference being found in the comparison of clinical effects between the two groups(P<0.05). The above indexes in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group. Conclusion:The therapy of intradermal needle combined with point application with Fructus Evodiae for insomnia has a better curative effect than that of simple point application.
