Abstract：This paper introduces Prof. ZHU Zhangzhi's experience in treating diabetic foot based on six-channel syndrome differentiation of yin and yang and Xiaozhong Shengji ointment. According to the law of the six- channels of yin and yang， Prof. ZHU treats diabetic foot based on the guiding principle of the following rule：“The first step is to differentiate yin and yang，and after that，to differentiate six channels. It is believed that the syndrome types of diabetic foot can be divided into five types of yang syndrome and four types of yin syndrome；and the external application of Xiaozhong Shengji ointment can achieve a great effect.
