Abstract:Objective:To explore the law of TCM syndrome and treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) by analyzing the clinical literatures and famous medical records of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:By searching the literatures and famous medical records on the treatment of DCM by traditional Chinese medicine included in large databases at home and abroad, such as Chinese Journal Full- text Database, Chinese academic journal database, Chinese Journal Database and PubMed,and consulting the paper materials on the diagnosis and treatment of DCM in the libraries of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine and Nanyang Medical College.Extract the information of clinical symptoms, syndrome differentiation and medication in literatures and medical records. Establish a database to analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes and the law of therapeutic prescriptions of DCM. Results:A total of 152 literatures and 195 medical cases were screened. Chest tightness,palpitation and fatigue were the most common symptoms. Light red tongue,dark red tongue, thin white fur , thin pulse and heavy pulse were the most common tongue and pulse. It was found that there were 10 pathogenic factors related to DCM,mainly Qi deficiency and blood stasis.There are 6 location factors,mainly heart and kidney. A total of 62 clinical syndromes were found,of which qi deficiency and blood stasis,qi and yin deficiency,water dampness stagnation, blood stasis and water stagnation, heart and kidney yang deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis were the most common. A total of 291 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,and 48 medicines were used more than 50 times. Astragalus was the most used medicine. Conclusion: DCM is mixed with deficiency and excess, and the main disease location is heart and kidney. Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and qi yin deficiency syndrome are the most common in clinic. The clinical treatment is mainly based on drugs such as tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and diuresis.
