Effect of Autologous Blood Point- Injection Therapy Combined with Routine Anti- Infection Treatment on Inflammatory Markers of Bronchiectasis Complicated with Pulmonary Infection in Acute Stage
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of autologous blood point- injection therapy combined with routine anti- infection treatment for bronchiectasis complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods: A total of 90 cases of patients with bronchiectasis complicated with pulmonary infection were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine antiinfection treatment, and the treatment group was additionally given autologous blood point- injection therapy based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for eight days. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Before and after treatment, the changes of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP) and white blood cell count(WBC) in the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, the indexes of PCT, CRP and WBC in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05); the above three indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical effect was 97.78% in the treatment group and 84.44% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Autologous blood point- injection therapy combined with routine anti- infection treatment for patients with bronchiectasis complicated with pulmonary infection in acute stage can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms, and has a certain anti-infection effect.
