Methods:A total of 71 prescriptions for infantile enuresis formulated by Professor SHENG Lixian were selected. Excel,SPSS Modeler 18,IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 and Cytoscape software were used to analyze the frequency of medicinal use, nature and flavor of medicines, and meridian entry, the dosage of high- frequency medicines and commonly used medicinal combinations in the prescriptions by the methods of frequency statistics, association rules analysis and cluster analysis. Complex network analysis was performed on all medicines to obtain the core prescription. Results : A total of 90 kinds of Chinese medicines were included in the 71 prescriptions, and 20 kinds of high- frequency medicines with the usage frequency of no less than 15 times. Meridian entries of medicines were mainly the lung, spleen and kidney meridians;nature of medicines was mainly warm and neutral;favors of medicines were mainly sweetness and pungency. The maximum dose of eight high- frequency medicines was 12 g,the minimum dose was 6 g,and the commonly used dose was 9 g to 10 g. According to the frequency of medicinal combinations from high to low,the top five were Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae-Radix Linderae, Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae- Oötheca Mantidis, Rhizoma Dioscoreae- Radix Linderae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae- Oötheca Mantidis and Oötheca Mantidis-Radix Linderae. A total of five medicinal combinations were obtained by the cluster analysis method with intergroup connection. The core prescriptions obtained by complex network analysis involve Suoquan pill and Sijunzi tang. Conclusion: Professor SHENG Lixian's prescriptions for infantile enuresis are mainly based on modified Suoquan pills and Sijunzi tang. As for clinical medication, medicines with meridian entries of the lung, spleen and kidney meridians, warm and neutral nature,as well as favors of sweetness and pungency have a high frequency.
