Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi granules combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules for chronic diarrhea. Methods：A total of 80 cases of patients with chronic diarrhea were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods， with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules，and the observation group was additionally treated with Buzhong Yiqi granules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three weeks. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group， higher than that of 77.5% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of CD8+ in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜ 0.05)，and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)；serum CD8+ level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05)， and CD4 +/CD8 + was higher(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of serum CD4 + levels between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Buzhong Yiqi granules combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules for chronic diarrhea can improve the clinical effect，and effectively regulate the immune function of patients.
