Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ligustrazine injection combined with gastrodin injection for cerebral infarction complicated with vertigo. Methods:A total of 85 cases of patients with cerebral infarction complicated with vertigo were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 42 and 43 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with gastrodin injection, and the observation group was additionally treated with ligustrazine injection based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI) and cerebral blood flow before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 97.62% in the observation group, higher than that of 83.72% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of NHISS and DHI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P< 0.05),and the scores of NHISS and DHI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the cerebral blood flows in the two groups were accelerated when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the cerebral blood flow in the observation group was faster than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ligustrazine injection combined with gastrodin injection has a better clinical effect in treating cerebral infarction complicated with vertigo, which can improve neurological function, relieve vertigo symptoms and increase cerebral blood flow.
