Abstract：Objective：To observe the preventive effect of anticoagulation and anti-fat combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation on deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in long- term bedridden patients after operation for injuries due to high falls. Methods：A total of 60 cases of patients receiving operation for injuries due to high falls were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group，with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clopidogrel tablets and atorvastatin tablets combined with routine nursing for preventive treatment，and the study group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine rehabilitation based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four courses，with 14 days being one course. The changes in deep vein thrombosis，hemorheology indexes and inflammatory factors levels including high- sensitivity C- reactive protein(hs- CRP) and interleukin- 8(IL- 8) in the two groups were observed and compared. Results： After three and four courses of treatment， the formation rates of deep vein thrombosis were 10.00% and 20.00% in the study group and 23.33% and 43.33% in the control group， differences being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，hematocrit，whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen level in the study group were lower than those in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of hs-CRP and IL- 8 between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment， the levels of hs-CRP and IL-8 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the two levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of anticoagulation and anti- fat combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation for long- term bedridden patients after operation for injuries due to high falls can effectively prevent DVT formation，improve hemorheology indexes and relieve inflammatory responses in the body.
