Abstract：This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor HUANG Ting treating tinnitus after radiotherapy by applying method of relieving fever with sweet- warm medicinals. Professor HUANG holds that the basic pathogenesis of tinnitus after radiotherapy is water deficiency and fire excess， upper heat accumulation， and abnormality in upward， downward，inward and outward qi movement. Ears are clear orifices that function when there is free flow. Therefore，the method of relieving fever with sweet- warm medicinals can be used in the treatment， which can dissipate stagnation and binds，free qi and blood by warming，and tonify the spleen and the kidney. A prescription for tinnitus is created and modified according to different syndromes.
