Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of vibration sputum elimination combined with Yifei moxibustion for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at stable stage. Methods：A total of 92 cases of COPD patients at stable stage were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing according to doctor's advice，and the observation group was additionally treated with vibration sputum elimination combined with Yifei moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 10 days. Lung function indexes and quality of life before and after treatment as well as clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 95.65% in the observation group， higher than that of 82.61% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)， forced vital capacity(FVC) and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and FEV1，FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the scores of St George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ) were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05). The SF-36 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05)，and the SGRQ score was lower(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of vibration sputum elimination combined with Yifei moxibustion for COPD at stable stage has a satisfactory curative effect，and can improve lung function，quality of life.
