Abstract：This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor WANG Jiankang treating the kidney wind from the perspective of wind. Based on literature and summary of clinical experience，Professor WANG Jiankang holds that the kidney wind is the disease caused by the wind assailing the kidney，and its clinical syndrome differentiation should be distinguished from Feng Shui(Chinese geomancy). As for the etiology and pathogenesis，it is the kidney deficiency and the attack of wind that induce the disease；the disorder of qi movement fosters its development；the combination of internal and external wind aggravates the condition； the binding of turbidity and stasis is the accumulation that promotes pathological changes. The location of the disease mainly lies in the lung， the spleen， and the kidney， involving the heart and the liver， the triple energizer，and many other viscera and bowels. As for the treatment，it should be focused on dispelling wind and eliminating the pathogenic factors as well as supplementing the kidney and securing the exterior，insist on regulating qi movement and the liver and treating wind and be assisted by activating blood and resolving stasis as well as draining dampness and purging turbidity. As for the medication，the use of medicine of wind runs through the treatment，because the medicine can help dissipate pathogen that invades the kidney vessel，disperse the internal accumulation of fire transformed from stagnant qi， remove blood stasis，and prevail the internal accumulation of dampness and turbidity，which is to say，the medicine of wind has effects of dispelling wind，releasing the exterior and prevailing dampness，regulating the liver，resolving depression and treating wind，as well as opening the sweat pore and detoxifying.
