Abstract：Improving the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability of students is an essential part of higher education. In order to better inherit and develop the cause of Chinese medicine，it is necessary for Chinese medicine colleges to conduct innovation- entrepreneurship education for students based on Chinese medicine. Based on the characteristics of Chinese medicine disciplines and students in Chinese medicine colleges，this paper discusses and analyzes the existing problems in Chinese medicine innovation-entrepreneurship education，and explores the path for Chinese medicine colleges to carry out innovation-entrepreneurship education according to the existing problems. In this paper，it is suggested to make the innovationentrepreneurship education throughout the whole process of the cultivation of college students by "accommodation and linkage" mode，to achieve the organic integration of innovation-entrepreneurship education and professional education，and to conduct innovation of Chinese medicine and multi-disciplines. In this way，innovation-entrepreneurship education can be better carried out and the support for high-quality development of Chinese medicine talents can be provided，which helps to achieve the goal of "positive innovation" of Chinese medicine.
