Abstract：From the perspective of circular motion，this paper analyzes and understands the theoretical sources of four qi and five flavors，ascending-descending and floating-sinking of traditional Chinese medicine，deepens the understanding of four qi and five flavors， ascending- descending and floating- sinking of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine， and considers its significance， which is helpful to better understand the essence of medication， broaden the application scope of the theory of four qi and five flavors，ascending-descending and floating-sinking of traditional Chinese medicine，so as to guide the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine，and has better clinical practical significance.
