Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of ginkgo diterpene lactone glucamine combined with alteplase on neurological function, sestrin2, homocysteine(Hcy), plasma viscosity, hematocrit and platelet adhesion rates in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS). Methods:A total of 200 cases of AIS patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Alteplase, and the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Glucamine additionally,Before and after treatment, the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), levels of sestrin2 and Hcy, and hemorheology indexes in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the NIHSS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, levels of sestrin2 and Hcy,plasma viscosity, hematocrit and platelet adhesion rates in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the levels of sestrin2 and Hcy,plasma viscosity, hematocrit and platelet adhesion rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ginkgo diterpene lactone glucamine combined with alteplase for AIS patients can improve their neurological function and hemorheological indexes, and reduce the levels of sestrin2 protein and Hcy.
