Abstract： Recurrent abortion is a common fertility problem for women of childbearing age. Based on the thoughts of “treating disease before it arises”，“controlling the development of existing disease” and “preventing recurrence after the symptoms disappear”，the paper carries out study on the prevention and treatment of recurrent abortion. The analysis shows that it is important to emphasize the thoughts of “preventing without disease” and “preventing because of disease” when talking about “treating disease before it arises”； it is important to emphasize the transmission of recurrent abortion，the rule of medication and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the thought of “controlling the development of existing disease”； and it is important to emphasize early fetal safety， daily protection and rehabilitation treatment after pregnancy in the thought of “preventing recurrence after the symptoms disappear”.
