Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Jidesheng Sheyao tablets combined with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) on severe wasp stings. Methods：A total of 76 patients with severe wasp stings were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method，with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CRRT， and the study group was additionally treated with Jidesheng Sheyao tablets based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment，the clinical effect，kidney function and levels of vital signs were compared in the two groups. Results： After treatment， the total effective rate was 94.74% in the study group， higher than that of 73.68% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the 24 h urine volume was increased when compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the levels of blood oxygen saturation， central venous pressure and mean arterial pressure were increased(P＜0.05)， and the levels of uric acid， serum creatinine， urea nitrogen and heart rate were decreased(P＜0.05). Compared with those in the control group after treatment，the 24 h urine volume was larger in the study group(P＜0.05)，and the levels of blood oxygen saturation，central venous pressure and mean arterial pressure were higher，and the levels of uric acid，serum creatinine，urea nitrogen and heart rate were lower(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Jidesheng Sheyao tablets combined with CRRT has significant effect on the treatment of severe wasp stings， which can quickly relieve clinical symptoms， restore vital signs and protect the kidney function.
