Abstract: Objective: To observe the application effect of Flos Daturae preparations on anesthesia during induced abortion operation. Methods:A total of 80 cases of pregnant women who performed voluntary termination of pregnancy were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method , with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given anesthesia induction with dezocine and propofol. Before anesthesia, the control group was given intravenous infusion with Shenfu injection, and the study group was additionally given intravenous injection with Flos Daturae preparations during anesthesia induction based on the treatment of the control group. In induction period and during operation respectively, the blood pressure and the oxygen saturations in the two groups were compared. The degrees of pain in induction period and after operation were evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). The incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded. Results:The blood pressures in induction period and during operation as well as the VAS scores in induction period and after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the oxygen saturation in induction period and during operation were higher(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.00% in the study group, lower than that of 35.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Flos Daturae preparations on anesthesia during induced abortion operation can stabilize blood pressures, improve oxygen saturations, relieve pain and reduce incidences of adverse reactions.
