Abstract： Professor CUI Yun holds that， among patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer， the kidney qi deficiency is the root of their disease， the spleen qi deficiency is an important factor， and pathogens like dampness- heat and phlegm- stasis are potentially concurrent factors. And the treatment should take the spleen-tonification as the focus and the kidney-tonification as a supplement，and take account of excess pathogen，which can avoid any contraindication of tonifying the kidney in prostate cancer， take into account the characteristics of disease pathogenesis，and achieve significant curative effect. A typical medical case is attached for discussion.
