Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fengreqing oral liquid combined with cefoxitin for acute respiratory infection. Methods:A total of 270 cases of children with acute respiratory infection were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 135 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cefoxitin injection, and the observation group was additionally treated with Fengreqing oral liquid based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were continuously treated for two weeks. Changes in pulmonary function indexes[tidal volume(VT),respiratory rate(RR),respiratory time ratio(Ti / Te),the ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)],levels of inflammatory factors [interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-13(IL-13), C-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT)],and immune indexes(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+) in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. The disappearance time of pulmonary rales, cough and wheezing, heat regression time and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,levels of VT,FEV1/ FVC,CD3 +,CD4 +,and CD4 +/CD8 + in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P>0.05),and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,levels of RR,Ti/Te, IL- 10,IL- 13,CRP,PCT and CD8 + in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P>0.05),and the above seven indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of pulmonary rales, cough and wheezing, and heat regression time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 97.04% in the observation group,higher than that of 89.63% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Fengreqing oral liquid combined with cefoxitin can effectively enhance clinical effects in the treatment of acute respiratory infection,improve body immune state,alleviate inflammatory injury,and promote the recovery of the lung function.
