Effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsules Combined with Dapagliflozin on Oxidative Stress Response in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Heart Failure
Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsules combined with dapagliflozin tablets on oxidative stress response in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure. Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dapagliflozin tablets, and the treatment group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsules combined with dapagliflozin tablets. The changes in heart rate, mean arterial pressure, oxidative stress response and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD), total antioxidant capacity(T- AOC), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), fasting blood glucose (FBG),triglyceride(TG),adiponectin(APN) and insulin resistance index(IR) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared; the clinical effects and incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of SOD and T- AOC in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment;the levels of SOD and T-AOC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of HbA1c,FBG and TG were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of APN and IR were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of APN and IR in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical effect was 98.33% in the treatment group and 88.33% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33% in the treatment group and 1.66% in the control group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Qili Qiangxin capsules combined with dapagliflozin tablets for diabetes mellitus complicated with heart failure can significantly improve oxidative stress response, glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism,and promote the recovery of clinical symptoms.
