Abstract：Objective：To investigate the effect of the therapy of Wenyang Yiqi Jianpi tang combined with chemotherapy on the curative effect， immune function， and serum levels of human epididymis protein 4(HE4) and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) in patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Methods： A total of 80 patients with advanced ovarian cancer were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paclitaxel and carboplatin，and the observation group was additionally treated with Wenyang Yiqi Jianpi tang. The scores of Chinese medicine syndrome and kamofsky performance status(KPS) and levels of CD3 + ， CD4 + ， CD8 + ， HE4 and CA125 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups， and the clinical effects and adverse reactions were evaluated. Results： The disease control rate(DCR) was 95.00% in the observation group， higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the levels of CD3 + ， CD4 + and CD8 + in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment， and the decrease in the observation group was less obvious than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of HE4 and CA125 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment， and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the Chines medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the KPS scores were increased，and the decrease and increase in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction，liver function injury and bone marrow transplantation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Wenyang Yiqi Jianpi tang assisting chemotherapy has a significant curative effect on advanced ovarian cancer，which can improve the immune function of patients and reduce the occurrence of medicine-related adverse reactions.
