Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of the therapy of Duzhong granules combined with dydrogesterone tablets on the treatment of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods： A total of 92 patients with early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group， with 46 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with dydrogesterone tablets，and the treatment group was treated with Duzhong granules. The treatment course of both groups was two weeks. Before and after treatment， the symptom scores of kidney deficiency syndrome were evaluated， and the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(β- HCG)， progesterone(P) and estradiol(E2) in serum were detected. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. The full-term pregnancy rate，premature birth rate and abortion rate in the two groups were compared during the follow-up of 12 months. Results：After two weeks of treatment，the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Compared with those before treatment，the scores of vaginal bleeding amount，color and quality of vaginal bleeding， soreness and weakness in waist and knee， falling pain in lower abdomen， frequent night urination， dizziness and tinnitus in both groups were decreased(P＜0.01)，and the above six scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01). The levels of β- HCG， P and E2 in serum in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.01)，and the above three levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01). After 12 months of follow- up，the full- term pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group，and the premature birth rate was lower，differences being significant(P＜0.01，P＜0.05). The abortion rate in the treatment group was slightly lower than that in the control group，there being no significant difference(P＞ 0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Duzhong granules combined with dydrogesterone tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency syndrome，which can effectively relieve symptoms，regulate the levels of sex hormones and improve the effect of fetal protection.
