Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu tang combined with thymalfasin for lung cancer with cancer-related fatigue，and its effects on T lymphocyte subsets. Methods：A total of 62 patients with lung cancer with cancer- related fatigue were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method， with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with thymalfasin， and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu tang based on the treatment of the control group，both groups were treated for four weeks. Degree of fatigue and levels of T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment as well as clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 90.32% in the observation group，higher than that of 67.74% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，scores of Piper Fatigue Survey Scale(PFS) and Brief Fatigue Inventory(BFI) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the above two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and CD8+ levels were decreased(P＜0.05)；levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05)，and CD8 + level was lower(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.68% in the observation group and 6.45% in the control group， there being no significance in the difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Buyang Huanwu tang combined with thymalfasin can effectively relieve degree of fatigue of patients with lung cancer with cancer-related fatigue， and regulate the level of T lymphocyte subsets with good safety.
