Abstract： Sublingual collaterals diagnosis， as an important branch of collaterals diagnosis， has a long history in the diagnosis of diseases. Starting from the thoughts of "three causes are suitable" and "preventing diseases" in Chinese medicine，this paper lists the latest findings of modern medical pathology research and clinical observation，and considers the relationship between the risk factors of coronary heart disease and sublingual collaterals， and summarizes the close correlation between diagnosis of sublingual collaterals and coronary heart disease. In order to provide some reference for clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease in sublingual collaterals and hope to promote the establishment of scientific diagnosis standard of sublingual collaterals for coronary heart disease.
