Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Yangyin Rougan tang combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods：A total of 72 children with ADHD were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method，with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rTMS， and the observation group was additionally treated with Qingre Yangyin Rougan tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated，and the changes of attention and behavioral ability were observed through Number cancellation Task(NCT) and Conners Children Behavioral Questionnaire respectively were compared before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 94.44% in the observation group，higher than that of 77.78% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜ 0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference in NCT scores between the two groups(P＞ 0.05). After treatment，the scores of number of targets hit in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment，and the score of number of targets hit in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). The scores of number of errors and number of targets missed in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the scores of number of errors and number of targets missed in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference in the scores of Conners Children Behavioral Questionnaire between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment， the scores of Conners Children Behavioral Questionnaire in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜ 0.05)，and the score of Conners Children Behavioral Questionnaire in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Qingre Yangyin Rougan tang combined with rTMS has a definite curative effect on the treatment of ADHD in children，which can not only improve the attention of children，but also enhance their behavioral ability.
