Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of Chinese medicine culture infiltration on the teaching of Chinese Internal Medicine Course, so as to further improve the teaching quality of Chinese Internal Medicine Course, a clinical basic course in Chinese medicine colleges and universities. Methods: Two parallel classes who studied Chinese Internal Medicine Course were randomly selected and divided into the control teaching group and the experimental teaching group. The control teaching group adopted traditional teaching, and the experimental group added Chinese medicine culture infiltration study based on the treatment of traditional teaching. After class,the students' learning and Chinese medicine thinking training were investigated and analyzed by questionnaire. Results:Most of the students in the two groups thought that the differentiation of syndromes and treatment was the difficult part of the teaching content of Chinese Internal Medicine Course. Most of them preferred the teaching mode combining traditional teaching and clinical practice. After class,86.21% of the students in the experimental teaching group thought that the thinking mode of Chinese medicine had been established,and only 44.74% of the students in the control teaching group thought that the thinking mode of Chinese medicine had been established. The establishment of the thinking mode of Chinese medicine in the experimental teaching group was better than that in the control class(P<0.05). The average score of Chinese medicine thinking training questions in the experimental teaching group was 19.24±1.48 points,and that in control group was 16.79±3.43 points. The average score of the experimental teaching group was higher than that of the control teaching group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine culture infiltration can improve the teaching quality of Chinese Internal Medicine Course, help students to establish Chinese medicine thinking,accumulate Chinese medicine culture and strengthen cultural confidence.
