Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Jiedu tang combined with tenofovir disoproxil for chronic viral hepatitis B(chronic hepatitis B). Methods：A total of 100 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected and divided into the experiment group and the control group according to the random number table method， with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tenofovir disoproxil，and the experiment group was additionally treated with Fuzheng Jiedu tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three months. The negative conversion rates of hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg)，hepatitis B virus e antigen(HBeAg) and hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV-DNA) in the two groups were compared；the levels of the liver function indexes including alanine transaminase(ALT) and aspartate transaminase(AST)， the immunoglobulin(Ig) A， IgM， IgG，and the immune function indexes including CD3 + ，CD4 + and natural killer cell(NK cell) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results： The negative rates of HBV- DNA， HBsAg and HBeAg in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of ALT，AST，IgA，IgM and IgG in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of ALT，AST，IgA，IgM and IgG in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of CD3 + ，CD4 + and NK cell in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of CD3 + ， CD4 + and NK cell in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Fuzheng Jiedu tang combined with tenofovir disoproxil for chronic hepatitis B can enhance the negative rates of HBV-DNA，HBsAg and HBeAg，and improve the liver function and immune function.
