Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Fuyan Kangfu capsules combined with nifuratel and nystatin vaginal ointment on bacterial vaginitis of pattern of damp- heat pouring downward. Methods ： A total of 64 patients with bacterial vaginitis of pattern of damp-heat pouring downward were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method，with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Fuyan Kangfu capsules combined with nifuratel and nystatin vaginal ointment， and the control group was only treated with nifuratel and nystatin vaginal ointment. Both groups were treated for 14 days. The Chinese medicine syndrome scores and levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment，the clinical effects and the disappearance time of symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). The disappearance time of pruritus of the vulva，peculiar smell of white leucorrhea and increase of white leucorrhea in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)，C-reactive protein (CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above three indicators levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Fuyan Kangfu capsules combined with nifuratel and nystatin vaginal ointment has a definite curative effect on bacterial vaginitis of pattern of damp-heat pouring downward，which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory responses.
