Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative effect of the therapy of Yinxie capsules combined with orlopatadine hydrochloride on psoriasis vulgaris(PsV) and its effect on the levels of serum inflammatory factors. Methods： A total of 86 patients with PsV were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method，with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment，such as acitretin capsules and urea cream，and the treatment group was additionally treated with Yinxie capsules combined with olopatadine hydrochloride based on the treatment of the control group. The two groups were treated for eight weeks. After treatment，the clinical effects were evaluated， the scores of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI) in the two groups were compared，and the recurrence was followed up for three months. Before and after treatment，the levels of serum interleukin- 17(IL- 17)，interleukin- 22(IL- 22)，tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF- α) and interleukin- 6 (IL-6)，and the levels of T lymphocyte groups in peripheral blood，including CD3+，CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+， were detected. Results：The total effective rate was 93.02% in the treatment group and was 76.74% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the PASI scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the PASI score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of serum IL-17，IL-22，TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the above levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of CD3 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of CD8+ were decreased(P＜0.05)；the improvement of the levels of CD3+，CD4+/CD8+ and CD8+ in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After three months of follow- up，the recurrence rate was 30.23% (13/43) in the treatment group and was 60.47% (26/43) in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Yinxie capsules combined with orlopatadine hydrochloride has a positive curative effect on PsV，which can alleviate the symptoms，regulate the levels of serum IL-17，IL-22，TNF-α and IL-6 and T lymphocytes groups in peripheral blood，and reduce the recurrence rate.
