Abstract: Objective: To analyze the relationship between the score of blood stasis syndrome of primary nephrotic syndrome and lipid metabolism disorder. Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were collected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to whether there was blood stasis syndrome, with 80 and 40 cases in each group respectively. The levels of blood lipid indexes, including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein(HDL),were compared between the two groups. The correlation between the score of blood stasis syndrome and blood lipid indexes in the observation group was analyzed. The patients were followed up for six months, and the clinical situation of the patients after six months was analyzed. Results:Before treatment, the levels of TG,TC and LDL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the HDL level was lower, differences being significant(P<0.05). The score of blood stasis syndrome was positively correlated with the levels of TG, TC and LDL in the observation group(P<0.05), but had no significant correlation with the HDL level(P>0.05). According to Logistic analysis,TC(OR=2.33,P<0.05),TG(OR=5.47,P<0.05) and LDL(OR=4.66,P<0.05) were risk factors affecting the therapeutic effect on patients. Conclusion: The score of blood stasis syndrome of primary nephrotic syndrome is closely related to serum lipid indexes such as TC, TG and LDL, and lipid metabolism disorder is a risk factor affecting the therapeutic effect on patients.
