Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Liqi Huoxue Huayu tang assisting hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy for endometrial polyps. Methods： A total of 300 cases of patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy were selected as the study objects and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method，with 150 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy and was given routine western medicine after operation；the study group was additionally treated with Liqi Huoxue Huayu tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three months. The levels of progesterone (P)， estrogen(E2)， luteinizing hormone(LH)， follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and progesterone receptor (PR)， estrogen receptor(ER)， hemoglobin(Hb) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared； the menstrual volumes in the two groups were compared； the endometrial thickness in the two groups was detected； the recurrence of endometrial polyps after operation was calculatd. Results：Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of E2， LH， FSH and P between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of E2，LH，FSH and P in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of E2，LH，FSH and P in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of ER，PR，Hb and VEGF between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of ER， PR and VEGF in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment， and the levels of ER， PR and VEGF in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05)；Hb levels in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment， and the Hb level in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of endometrial thickness and menstrual volume between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment， the endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The recurrence rate was 6.67% in the study group， lower than that of 18.67% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The application of Liqi Huoxue Huayu tang for patients after hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy can regulate their hormone levels， promote the expression balance of ER and PR in endometrium， inhibit endometrial hyperplasia， promote their menstrual volumes returning to normal，and reduce the recurrence rate.
