Abstract： By analyzing the pathogenesis of leukorrhea with syndrome of spleen yin deficiency， the herbal composition of Qingdai tang and Wandai tang and their difference of differentiation and treatment are compared. Combined with clinical application and experience， ZHANG Xichun speculates the function of Qingdai tang is to strengthen the spleen and boost yin，secure and astring to arrest vaginal discharge in the treatment of leukorrhea with syndrome of spleen yin deficiency. A medical case is attached in this paper to illustrate the experience of using Wandai tang and Qingdai tang to treat leukorrhea.
