Abstract:Objective:To analyze the application effect of doctor-nurse integration and SBAR model on the risk management of perioperative period of breast cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 600 breast cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment from May 2020 to April 2021. A total of 310 patients admitted from May 2020 to October 2020 who did not implement the doctor- nurse integration and SBAR model were enrolled as the control group, and 290 patients admitted from November 2020 to April 2021 who implemented the doctor- nurse integration and SBAR model were enrolled as the observation group. The nursing satisfaction, nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results:The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 99.2%,100%,98.89%,100%, 100% , 100% at the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth months, and 98.57% , 99.00% , 98.72%,97.7%,100%,95.38% in the control group. There was significant difference in the comparison of the nursing satisfaction between the two groups during the observation period(P<0.05). After nursing, the incidence of adverse events was 0.34% in the observation group and 2.58% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The application of doctor- nurse integration and SBAR model can reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve patient nursing satisfaction and ensure patient safety in the risk management of perioperative period of breast cancer, which can be used as a measure in the risk management of perioperative period of breast surgery.
