益肾化湿颗粒与肾衰宁颗粒分别联合血液透析治疗尿毒症临床研究

    目的:观察益肾化湿颗粒与肾衰宁颗粒分别联合血液透析对尿毒症患者氧化应激指标及钙磷代谢的影响。方法:选择180 例尿毒症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各90 例。观察组采用益肾化湿颗粒联合血液透析治疗,对照组采用肾衰宁颗粒联合血液透析治疗。检测并比较2 组治疗前、治疗后1 个月及治疗后3 个月的氧化应激指标及钙磷代谢情况。结果:治疗前,2 组晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧物酶(GSH-Px) 水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1 个月后、3 个月后,2 组AOPP、MDA 水平逐渐降低(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px 水平逐渐升高(P<0.05);且观察组AOPP、MDA 水平低于同时间点对照组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px 水平高于同时间点对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2 组血磷、血钙、钙磷乘积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1 个月后、3 个月后,2 组血磷、钙磷乘积逐渐降低(P<0.05),血钙水平逐渐升高(P<0.05);且观察组血磷、钙磷乘积水平低于同时间点对照组(P<0.05),血钙水平高于同时间点对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾化湿颗粒与肾衰宁颗粒分别联合血液透析治疗尿毒症患者,均可改善患者的氧化应激指标及钙磷代谢情况,且益肾化湿颗粒联合血透治疗效果更好。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of hemodialysis combined with Yishen Huashi granules or Shenshuaining granules on oxidative stress indexes and calcium- phosphorus metabolism in patients with uremia. Methods: A total of 180 cases of patients with uremia were selected as research objects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 90 cases in each group. The observation group was routinely treated with Yishen Huashi granules combined with hemodialysis, and the control group was routinely treated with Shenshuaining granules combined with hemodialysis. The oxidative stress indexes and calcium- phosphorus metabolism before treatment, one month after treatment and three months after treatment in the two groups were detected and compared. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP), malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH- Px) between the two groups(P>0.05). After one-month and three-month treatment respectively,the levels of AOPP and MDA in the two groups were gradually decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of SOD and GSH-Px were gradually increased(P<0.05);the levels of AOPP and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05), and the levels of SOD and GSH- Px were higher(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of serum phosphorus, serum calcium and calcium- phosphorus product between the two groups(P>0.05). After one- month and three- month treatment respectively, serum phosphorus and calcium- phosphorus product in the two groups were gradually decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of serum calcium were gradually increased(P<0.05);serum phosphorus and calcium-phosphorus product in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05),and the levels of serum calcium were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of hemodialysis combined with Yishen Huashi granules or Shenshuaining granules for patients with uremia can improve their oxidative stress indexes and calcium- phosphorus metabolism, and the therapy of Yishen Huashi granules combined with hemodialysis has a better curative effect.
