Curative Observation of Conception Vessel Moxibustion Combined with Manipulation for Primary Dysmenorrhea of Cold Congealing and Blood Stasis Type Based on Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology
Abstract: Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of conception vessel moxibustion combined with manipulation for primary dysmenorrhea(PD) of cold congealing and blood stasis type based on infrared thermal imaging technology. Methods: A total of 72 cases of PD patients of cold congealing and blood stasis type were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules, and the treatment group was treated with conception vessel moxibustion combined with manipulation. Before and after treatment, Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) scores were used to record the abdominal pain in the two groups, and the infrared thermal imager was applied to record the average temperature of conception vessel. The values of resistance index(RI), pulsatility index(PI) and systolic peak/diastolic peak(A/B) in uterine artery in the two groups were detected. The clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the average temperature of conception vessel was increased (P<0.05). The VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the average temperature of conception vessel was higher(P<0.05). After treatment, the values of RI,PI and A/B in uterine artery in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P< 0.05),and the values of RI,PI and A/B in uterine artery in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 97.22% in the treatment group, higher than that of 80.56% in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.33% in the treatment group, lower than that of 27.78% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Conception vessel moxibustion combined with manipulation for PD of cold congealing and blood stasis type has a definite curative effect, and can promote the qi- blood circulation in conception vessel, relieve pain, improve uterine arterial blood flow, and reduce adverse reactions.
