Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiegu Qili tablets in adjuvant treatment of limb fracture. Methods: A total of 80 cases of patients with limb fracture were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. After admission, both groups were treated with active surgical reattachment and postoperative plaster immobilization on affected limbs. After surgery, the control group was treated with bone peptide injection, and the study group was additionally treated with Jiegu Qili tablets based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects, fracture healing time and inflammatory factor levels in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 95.0% in the study group, higher than that of 75.0% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of TNF- α,IL-6 and CRP between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF- α,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The healing time of humeral shaft fracture, radial shaft fracture and ulnar shaft fracture in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiegu Qili tablets combined with bone peptide injection for patients with limb fracture can reduce inflammatory response and promote fracture healing, with a significant clinical effect.
