Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of compound Danshen injection combined with imatinib on hematopoiesis and immune function of patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods: A total of 70 cases of patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia were selected as study objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method , with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with chemotherapy and imatinib, and the observation group was additionally treated with compound Danshen injection based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared; the changes in the levels of white blood cell(WBC), red blood cell(RBC), blood platelet count(BPC) and hemoglobin(Hb) before and after treatment were detected;the changes in the levels of T lymphocyte subsets including CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4 +/CD8 + in peripheral blood were detected. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the counts of WBC,RBC,BPC and the Hb levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the counts of RBC and BPC and the Hb levels in peripheral blood in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and WBC counts were decreased(P<0.05); WBC, RBC and Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3 + , CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but the decrease in the observation group was less significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of compound Danshen injection combined with imatinib has a good curative in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, which can effectively improve bone marrow hematopoietic function and immune function of patients.
