Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiegu Qili capsules combined with compound bone peptide injection for limb fracture. Methods:A total of 76 cases of patients with limb fracture were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group,one case in the control group was eliminated,at last 37 cases were intake. Both groups were given the same internal fixation for treatment;after operation,the control group was treated with compound bone peptide injection,and the observation group was additionally treated with Jiegu Qili capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks. The clinical effects, the symptom scores, the bone mineral density of callus and the levels of growth factors including transforming growth factor- β1(TGF-β1),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and bone morphogenetic protein- 2(BMP-2) in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 94.74% in the observation group, higher than that of 75.68% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of pain, swelling and ecchymosis in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of pain,swelling and ecchymosis in the observation group were significantly decreased when compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the bone mineral density of callus in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the bone mineral density of callus in the observation group was significantly increased when compared with that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of TGF- β1, bFGF and BMP- 2 in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the levels of TGF- β1, bFGF and BMP- 2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jiegu Qili capsules combined with compound bone peptide injection has a good curative effect in treating limb fracture, and can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and promote the fracture healing intensity and expressions of growth factors.
