Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid for duodenal ulcer associated with helicobacter pylori(Hp). Methods：A total of 70 cases of patients with duodenal ulcer associated with Hp were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method， with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy， and the observation group was additionally treated with Kangfuxin Liquid based on the treatment of the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores and the levels of interleukin- 8(IL- 8)， interleukin-6(IL-6)， high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF-α) in the two groups were compared before and after treatment；the eradication rates and recurrence rates of Hp were compared between the two groups；the clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated. Results： After treatment， the total effective rate and the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05)，and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， TCM syndrome scores and the levels of IL- 6， IL-8，hs-CRP and TNF-α in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion： Kangfuxin Liquid for duodenal ulcer associated with Hp has a significant curative effect and can significantly improve the eradication rate of patients with Hp and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
