Abstract: Deepening the coordination of medicine and education, promoting the reform and development of medical education,and training medical talents are the basic projects to improve the levels of medical and health services,serving as an important guarantee to promote the construction of healthy China. Based on the cooperation of medicine and education, the Second Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine took the teaching concept of “early clinic, more clinic and repeated clinic” as the guiding ideology, comprehensively promoted the combination of theoretical learning and clinical practice, and carried out the “integrated” teaching reform model, including the teaching content, teaching mode and examination methods of clinical courses of Chinese and western medicine, which took the Guowei class of the 8- year Chinese medicine major as the pilot. The “integrated” teaching reform of clinical courses of Chinese and western medicine has been unanimously recognized by teachers and students, whose GPA and scores of clinical skills examination of curriculum learning are more prominent than other classes of students of the same major under the traditional education model. According to the questionnaire feedback of students and teachers,the “integration” of clinical courses of Chinese and western medicine has improved the self- study ability, comprehensive analysis ability, clinical thinking of Chinese and western medicine and other clinical practice abilities of students.
