    目的:观察银杏蜜环口服溶液对不稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮功能及氧化应激水平的影响。方 法:将 96 例不稳定型心绞痛患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各 48 例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,研 究组在对照组基础上给予银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗,2 组均连续治疗 4 周。比较 2 组治疗前后过氧化脂质 (PLPO)、丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素-1 (ET-1)、6-酮-前列腺素 F1α (6-Keto-PGF1α)、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、血细胞比容水平。结果:治 疗前,2 组 P-LPO、MDA、SOD 水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2 组 SOD 水平升高(P< 0.05),P-LPO、MDA 水平降低 (P<0.05),且研究组 SOD 水平高于对照组 (P<0.05),P-LPO、MDA 水平低 于对照组 (P<0.05)。治疗前,2 组 NO、ET-1、6-Keto-PGF1α、VEGF 水平比较,差异无统计学意义 (P> 0.05);治疗后,2 组 ET-1 水平降低(P<0.05),NO、6-Keto-PGF1α、VEGF 水平升高(P<0.05),且研究组 ET-1 水平低于对照组 (P<0.05),NO、6-Keto-PGF1α、VEGF 水平高于对照组 (P<0.05)。治疗前,2 组血 细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2 组血细胞比容、纤维蛋白 原、血浆黏度均降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银杏蜜环口服溶液治疗不稳定型心 绞痛,可改善患者氧化应激及血液流变学指标水平,提升患者血管内皮功能。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Armillariella Mellea Powders Oral Solution on vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress levels in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods: A total of 96 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the study group was additionally treated with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Armillariella Mellea Powders Oral Solution based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were continuously treated for four weeks. The levels of lipid peroxide(P-LPO), malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),and 6-Keto prostaglandin F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),fibrinogen,plasma viscosity, and hematocrit in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of P- LPO,MDA,and SOD between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of SOD in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of P-LPO and MDA were decreased (P<0.05);the SOD level in the study group was higher(P<0.05),and the levels of P-LPO and MDA were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of NO,ET-1,6-Keto PGF1α and VEGF between the two groups(P> 0.05). After treatment,the levels of ET-1 in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of NO,6-Keto-PGF1α and VEGF were increased(P<0.05);the level of ET-1 in the study group was lower (P<0.05),and the levels of NO,6-Keto-PGF1α and VEGF were higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of hematocrit, fibrinogen, and plasma viscosity between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, hematocrit, fibrinogen and plasma viscosity in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and hematocrit,fibrinogen and plasma viscosity in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Armillariella Mellea Powders Oral Solution for unstable angina pectoris can improve the levels of oxidative stress and hemorheology indexes of patients, and enhance vascular endothelial function.
