Abstract： Objective： To observe the curative effect of Qubai Capsules combined with 308 excimer laser for vitiligo and its effect on serum transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)，serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and anti-tyrosinase antibody. Methods：A total of 200 cases of patients with vitiligo were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 308 excimer laser， and the observation group was additionally treated with Qubai Capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The changes in the levels of T lymphocyte subsets， TGF- β， IFN- γ， tyrosinase antibody IgG(TYR- lgG) and tyrosinase antibody lgM (TYR- lgM) in peripheral blood before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 94.00% in the observation group and 85.00% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the serum TGF- β levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment， and the IFN- γ levels were increased， differences being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the serum TGF- β level in the observation group was lower，and the IFN- γ level was higher than that in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of TYR-lgG and TYR-lgM in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，T cells，CD4+ and CD8+ in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and CD4+/CD8+ was increased， differences being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，T cells，CD4 + and CD8 + in the observation group were lower，and CD4+/CD8+ was higher than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜ 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00% in the observation group and 12.00% in the control group，there being no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Qubai Capsules combined with 308 excimer laser has a significant curative effect in the treatment of vitiligo，which can improve immune function and promote the recovery of vitiligo lesions.
