Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction assisting chemotherapy for cancer-related fatigue in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment, the clinical effects, cancer- related fatigue, immune function and levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared. Results:The total remission rate was 67.50% in the observation group,higher than that of 45.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,each score in cancerrelated fatigue in the two groups was decreased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and each score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the CD8 + level was increased(P<0.05);the levels of CD3 +,CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in the observation group were higher, and the CD8 + level was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF- β1) and tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF- α) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TGF-β1 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Yangyin Decoction assisting chemotherapy for cancer-related fatigue has a good curative effect in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer, which can effectively relieve symptoms of cancer- related fatigue, reduce the damage of chemotherapy to the immune function of the body,and decrease the inflammatory responses.
