Abstract：Professor JIANG Yilan believes that the coexistence of deficiency，toxin and blood stasis is the basic pathological characteristics of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer. The treatment should focus on securing the acquired constitution of spleen and stomach，and use the methods of fortifying the spleen and replenishing qi，and resolving stasis and toxins. Based on this，the empirical prescription of Jianpi Xiao'ai Formula is created for the prevention and treatment of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
