Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Tongfu Mixture combined with Aspergillus Oryzae Trypsin Tablets for dyspepsia of spleen- stomach damp- heat type after operation for biliary calculus， and its effect on gastrointestinal hormones. Methods： A total of 100 cases of patients with dyspepsia of spleen-stomach damp-heat type after operation for biliary calculus were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method ， with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Aspergillus Oryzae Trypsin Tablets， and the observation group was treated with Qingre Tongfu Mixture combined with Aspergillus Oryzae Trypsin Tablets. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The total symptom scores and the levels of gastrointestinal hormones before and after treatment as well as clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 94.00% in the observation group，higher than that of 78.00% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the total scores of symptom in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the total score of symptom in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of gastrin(GAS) and somatostatin(SS) in plasma in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of motilin(MTL) in plasma were increased compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05). The levels of GAS and SS in plasma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05)，and the level of MTL in plasma was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.00% in the observation group and 2.00% in the control group， there being no significance in the difference(P＞0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Qingre Tongfu Mixture combined with Aspergillus Oryzae Trypsin Tablets for dyspepsia of spleen-stomach damp-heat type after operation for biliary calculus has a definite effect and can improve clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal hormone levels，with high safety.
