Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yiqi Decoction combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy for obstructive colorectal cancer. Methods： A total of 100 cases of patients with obstructive colorectal cancer were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， with 50 cases in each group. Both groups received radical tumor resection. One month after the surgery， the control group was treated with FOLFOX chemotherapy (oxaliplatin，calcium folinate，fluorouracil)，and the observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Yiqi Decoction based on the treatment of the control group， treated for 3 months. The scores of World Health Organization Quality of Life- 100(WHOQOL- 100) Assessment before and after treatment， clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 78.00% in the observation group，higher than that of 56.00% in the control group(P＜ 0.05). The incidence of leukopenia，thrombocytopenia，nausea and vomiting，and abnormal liver function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of social relation，physiological function and psychological function in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Jianpi Yiqi Decoction combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy for obstructive colorectal cancer can enhance the curative effects，reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，and improve the life quality of patients.
