Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin Gruanles combined with Amiodarone for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Methods： A total of 92 cases of patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia were divided into the study group and the control group according to the simple randomization method，with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Amiodarone，and the study group was additionally treated with Wenxin Gruanles based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment， clinical effects and conversion in 60 minutes were observed in the two groups. Electrocardiogram，and heart function indexes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of clinical effect was 89.13% in the study group， higher than that of 71.74% in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of conversion in 60 minutes between the two groups (χ2=0.337，P=0.562)；the conversion time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the number of ventricular premature contractions and the number of non- sustained ventricular tachycardia between the two groups (P＞0.05)； after treatment，the number of ventricular premature contractions and the number of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia in the two groups were decreased (P＜0.05)， and the two numbers in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)， left ventricular enddiastolic volume (LVEDV)，and left ventricular end- systolic volume (LVESV) between the two groups (P＞ 0.05)；after treatment，the levels of LVEF in the two groups were increased (P＜0.05)，and the levels of LVEDV and LVESV were decreased (P＜0.05)；the level of LVEF in the study group was higher than that in the control group， and the levels of LVEDV and LVESV in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion： Wenxin Gruanles combined with Amiodarone for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia has a significant clinical effect， and can shorten conversion time， relieve arrhythmia and improve heart function.
