Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Ningxin Anshen Formula combined with routine western medicine for heart failure complicated with diuretic resistance. Methods： A total of 86 cases of patients with heart failure complicated with diuretic resistance were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Dopamine Hydrochloride Injection， Tolasemide， and other routine western medicine treatment，and the treatment group was additionally treated with Ningxin Anshen Formula based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The changes in the levels of heart function indexes including left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd)，left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)， and inflammatory factors including interleukin-6 (IL-6)，tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)，as well as clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 95.35% in the treatment group， higher than that of 83.72% in the control group， the difference being significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of LVEDd，LVESD，and LVEF between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of LVEF in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)，and the levels of LVEDd and LVESD were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)；the improvement of the above three indexes in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of IL-6，TNF- α，and hs-CRP between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of IL- 6， TNF- α， and hs- CRP in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05)， and the above indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion：Ningxin Anshen Formula combined with routine western medicine for heart failure complicated with diuretic resistance can inhibit the inflammatory responses of the body，and effectively improve heart function of patients and clinical effects.
