Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with Dodopazine Capsules on Parkinson Disease (PD). Methods:A total of 120 PD patients were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given Dodopazine Capsules, and the observation group was additionally given scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation training based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The scores of Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Barthel Index (BI), Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS- Ⅲ), Clinical Spasm Index (CSI),and Parkinson Disease Questionnaire-39 (PDQ-39) were evaluated before and after treatment. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group, higher than that of 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of BBS and BI in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the scores of BBS and BI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of UPDRS- Ⅲ, CSI and PDQ- 39 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the scores of UPDRS-Ⅲ,CSI and PDQ-39 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with Dodopazine Capsules has a significant curative effect on the treatment of PD,which can improve patients' balance function, enhance their daily living activities and quality of life, reduce muscle spasm and improve exercise ability.
