Abstract： The thought in fertility is the diagnosis and treatment perspectives of infertility in Fu Ren Gui，in which the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility，methods of inducing conception， and prescriptions for fertility have a profound effect on the diagnosis and treatment of infertility in later generations. Combining with the features of the Lingnan area， Lingnan LUO's gynecology further summarized the causes of infertility，concluding that to conceive needs to pay attention not only to timing but also to conform to yin-yang conversion；based on the theory of “the kidney-tenthstem heavenly-the thoroughfare and conception vessels- the uterus”，it was proposed that the maternal insufficiency of the spleen，the kidney，and the thoroughfare and conception vessels is the main cause of infertility. To further improve the treatment principles and methods of infertility，“regulating menstruation to improve fertility is a priority， and the key to regulating menstruation lies in the spleen and kidney” was put forward， and Zishen Yutai Pills，Cupailuan Decoction and other formulas to boost fertility were created. Lingnan LUO's gynecology has inherited and developed the thought in fertility in Fu Ren Gui in the etiology and pathogenesis， treatment principles and methods， and prescription and medication， and enriched the theory of syndrome and treatment of fertility.
